Your property will be cleaned by our cleaning staff regularly. Many landlords are left in shock and dismay after a tenant moves out and they see the condition in which their property has bee left in due to lack of routine cleanings. Our cleaning staff makes sure the property is always in pristine condition for our guests.
When it comes time to sell your investment property, because we use top of the line furnishings and the expertise of interior designers, you will have the benefit of showing the property fully staged to display the property's full potential. You also won't have the hassle of needing to schedule around tenants to show the property nor will you have to worry if they will vacate the property in time for closing. Your property will always be in A+ condition when it's time to show to potential buyers.
We sign multi-year long leases for 5-10 units at once which saves you both time and costs that would've been spent finding tenants for each unit. -Smart Locks requiring codes are installed on each door. We use a program that auto-generates new codes for each guest and is deleted upon checkout.
-Ring Video cameras are installed at the entrance of each unit, allowing us 24/7 monitoring.
-Noise Detector devices are installed inside each unit which alerts our local on-site support staff if the noise exceeds a certain dB level.
Our entire cleaning staff is hired directly, we rarely outsource, unless for emergencies that our staff is unable to tend to in a prompt manner. This enables us quality control in regards to our cleaning standards and allows us to maintain professional level cleanliness after each stay.
